Feta Baked Creamy Potatoes

Another one dish wonder in the vein of TikTok Feta Pasta! We’re obsessed with quick and easy dishes that pack a punch of flavour and this one uses our absolute favourite - the humble and ever-versatile potato. Chuck all the ingredients in a dish and into the oven, then mix together for creamy cheesy goodness. Yum!

Spinach and Zucchini Soup

Coming into the colder months, we love any excuse to warm up with a bit of bio-goodness. This beautifully flavoured soup uses the ultimate underdog vegetable - zucchini - as a base alongside potatoes, spinach and leek. A mix of spice with coconut milk plus the addition of our BioCreamy forms a smooth and decadent soup with a lightly spiced and slightly sweet flavour.

An easy throw together side dish to accompany almost anything! We love the simplicity of roast veggies and pumpkin is a stand out. High in nutrients and packed full of antioxidants. Change it up if you desire, but we love this seed packed topping that accompanies our Bio Marinated perfectly.

Cheat’s Zucchini Chips

We don’t know about you, but we’ve been loving the versatility of zucchini at the moment! It’s a great Autumn vegetable with a high water content full of antioxidants and vitamin A. These zucchini ‘chips’ are a quick and easy snack to throw in the oven. Cut with a mandolin, they crisp up quickly and when sprinkled with BioCheese Grated Parmesano they are ridiculously moreish!
