Ingredients
4 x BioCreamy packets (150g)
1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked overnight
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup blueberries
Method
Line a round 3” pan with baking paper and set aside.
To make crust - combine pitted dates and almonds in a food processor, pulsing until a sticky mixture is obtained.
Spread the mixture in the baking pan and evenly arrange.
Spread BioCreamy on top of the crust and evenly arrange.
Place the blueberries in a food processor and pulse lightly to obtain a puree. Pour over cheesecake, cover and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.
