Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
2 tbsp BioButtery, melted
1/4 cup BioCheese Grated Parmesano
1 tbsp Vegemite
Method
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Celsius.
Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper.
On a large cutting board, brush both sides of the puff pastry with BioButtery. On one side, spread liberally with Vegemite and top with BioCheese Grated Parmesano. Using a pizza cutter, cut the sheet of puff pastry into roughly 12 strips. Briefly twist the sticks by folding the cut strip lengthwise (so that the Vegemite and BioCheese are on the inside). Then, grab both ends and twist.
Lay all twists in an even layer on the baking sheet. Top with a thin layer of Vegemite and BioCheese Grated Parmesano. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the sticks and bake for another 5 minutes (or until golden brown).
Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes and then serve.
