Plant-Based Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy International Cookie Day 💚 To celebrate, we’ve whipped up the CHEWIEST plant-based chocolate chip cookies using our BioButtery!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BioButtery

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Cream together BioButtery and brown sugar. Stir in dairy-free milk and vanilla essence.

  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.

  4. Add dry mixture to the wet mixture in two parts, and create a dough. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Get 1-2 tbsp of dough and roll into balls, then place on a baking sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
