Feta Pasta has taken the world by storm, and it just so happens that our Feta makes the most delicious vegan, dairy free and easily adaptable version! This 2021 favourite is quick, easy, AND TikTok famous and perfect for a throw together meal that pleases the masses.
Ingredients
(Adapt for the number of people you are cooking for)
Cherry Tomatoes
A few cloves of garlic
BioCheese Feta
Pasta
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Herbs of your choice
Any extras you would like to add – we’ve seen different vegetables and even plant-based meat tossed around in this dish.
Method
1. Place cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a baking dish, then pop the entire slab of BioCheese Feta on top.
2. Heat the oven to 200° and bake for 10 minutes until melted.
3. In the meantime, throw some pasta in a pot of rapidly boiling water and cook to your liking.
4. Take your dish out of the oven and pour your strained pasta on top. Season with herbs to your liking then mix it all together (we garnished with basil and some crumbled feta).
