BioCheese Cheddar Shred and Hummus Wrap Hack
What better way to celebrate International Hummus Day than with a quick and simple wrap hack! We used vegan hummus, store bought falafels, spinach and our BioCheese Cheddar Shred in this recipe, but you could definitely get creative with your ingredients – there’s no wrong way to make a wrap, but we think this way is pretty good!

Coming into the colder months, we love any excuse to warm up with a bit of bio-goodness. This beautifully flavoured soup uses the ultimate underdog vegetable - zucchini - as a base alongside potatoes, spinach and leek. A mix of spice with coconut milk plus the addition of our BioCreamy forms a smooth and decadent soup with a lightly spiced and slightly sweet flavour.

We don’t know about you, but we’ve been loving the versatility of zucchini at the moment! It’s a great Autumn vegetable with a high water content full of antioxidants and vitamin A. These zucchini ‘chips’ are a quick and easy snack to throw in the oven. Cut with a mandolin, they crisp up quickly and when sprinkled with BioCheese Grated Parmesano they are ridiculously more-ish!
